So last week I was so sick with the flu, the good news is I got a lot of me time , time in bed and TV time.
Bad news is it started to get me down.. too much of anything isn’t good, its all about balance right?
But anyway, while I was channel surfing, I stopped to watch one of Jamie’s quick 15 min meals. This guy makes everything look so quick & easy and adds in a lot of handy tips along the way.
I’m looking forward to trying this recipe and thought I would share it in the meantime.
